I decided to go here for dinner today. They have a lot of food choices, with many of the dishes being authentic Mexican dishes. The service here is always good. The parking is slightly difficult to find being that it's a shared parking lot. The ambiance within this restaurant is awesome as they sometimes play good music. I decided to go with the carnita pibill dish. That pork was nicely stewed, tender and flavorful. The horchata drink that I had with my dish was sweet, authentic, and delicious. I will return here again.

Rosy's is my tried and true, never lets me down! I always get the fajita combo and live on the meat and veggies for a couple of days. Went to Chuys at the town center a few weeks ago and ordered the same dish and it was half the portion size and $8 more than Rosy's. I made sure they knew they were ripping people off! Rosy's is great authentic food at affordable prices, consistent as well!

Delicious food!!! Clean bright atmosphere (not plush at all but comfortable) and pleasant service.

The food had great flavor and the service was great. It's a nice comfortable setting with music playing that blends into the background of the restaurant.

I've been visiting Rosy's for about 17 years. Food, prices, atmosphere, and; especially, service have always been tops! I couldn't ask for more!

Solid Mexican food. I think some other reviews may have been a bit overkill as the chips and salsa were fine --wouldn't say amazing. Pork tamales were good --not the best I've ever had but good. Shredded chicken and ground beef were both very flavorful. Would get shredded chicken tacos and beef enchiladas again but I would opt for the enchilada without the queso (personal preference). Enjoyed the guacamole and pico de gallo. My 7 year old enjoyed the cheeseburger and fries. The service was great. Solid experience for the family on a Sunday night. Spacious enough with a mix of booths and tables. Refried beans and Mexican rice were also very good --very flavorful and perfect texture. The rice was firm and the beans were thick enough and not runny as I've experienced from other places. I would go to Rosy's again.

I would be remiss if I did not start with bragging about the outstanding service my mother and I received today from Osmar! He was extremely personable, patient, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. He maintained a pleasant, gentle smile and made my mother and I feel like we were the most important customer he had today. Customer service is 95% of what I look for in a restaurant and today osmar earned five stars!! Now onto the food, I had the chicken fajita quesadilla, and my mother received the ground beef taco salad. Starting with the salsa, fresh and homemade was probably the best I've had in years! Rich with flavor just the right amount of space and their chips were amazing!! Now, back to the chicken, quesadilla, I know you've been waiting for this, phenomenal. That is the only word I can use to describe the flavor of the chicken, phenomenal!! I could eat just the chicken every day and be thrilled. However, to be fair the side salad that they make with the guacamole and the tomato and onion was fantastic and I have to say they're Mexican rice cooked to perfection, rich again with flavor. My mother had to taco salad and she said that was the best she had ever had. She's got a smaller appetite as she's gotten older so I was amazed that she ate about 90% of it. I said to her wow you must've really liked it and she said I loved it and wants to go back. I can honestly say between the customer service of Osmar and the outstanding food. This has now become my number one Mexican go to place. I promise once you try it. (make sure to ask for.Osmar's table) you will add this to one of your favorites too.
